HOW TO CHECK IN THIS YEAR
CHECK IN AREA: Check in at the Check-In and Help Desk (marked in red on the map below), located between the two pavilions. There, you will receive your wristband, one cigar, and four drink tickets. MAKE SURE TO GET IN THE LINE THAT SAYS. "PAVILION CHECK IN LINE."
GET CHECKED IN: Check in using the name you used when purchasing your PAVILION ticket (s). This year, we are checking people in upon arrival (no physical tickets required), as tickets are often lost or misplaced. If you purchase more than one Pavilion seat ticket and not everyone in your group is there at the same time, you can still check in yourself and anyone with you. However, once your guests arrive, you will need to escort them to the Check-In and Help Desk and present your ID again so they can check in. To avoid this extra step, we recommend that everyone in your party arrive together.
CHECK IN TIMES: Check-in this year will begin at 10 AM and will close at 1 PM. You can pick up your wristband, one cigar, and four drink tickets before the PAVILION area opens at 11 AM; however, the PAVILION SEAT AREA WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 11 AM. If you arrive late, after 1 PM, please go to the YCCF table in the same area where we sell drink tickets. Someone there will help you. Please do not cut in line while people are buying drink tickets because you arrived late. You must wait in line for someone to help check you in, put your wristband on, and give you your cigars.
Additional VIP Information:
THE BAR: We will feature a full Spirits bar (beer and wine are not included in this package). Once a specific brand of liquor is gone, it's gone! We do not guarantee any particular liquor brands in the PAVILION area.
ONE PREMIUM CIGAR: You will receive one premium cigar. The cigars given out in the PAVILION area may not all be the same. If you purchase multiple tickets for a group (for example, a party of 4), each person might receive a different cigar.
SEATING: While every PAVILION TICKET HOLDER will have a seat, we cannot guarantee that larger groups will sit together. Each table seats 10 people, and seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.
CITY OF TAMPA PARK REGULATIONS: The PAVILION area will open promptly at 11 AM; alcohol service will commence at that time. Please don't request service or entry before 11 AM. Last call for alcohol will begin at 4:15 PM.
