For lunch, savor delectable options served right in the VIP area: choose from a half Cuban sandwich, a Chicken sandwich, or a classic Po' Boy, all paired with a side of Latin-style fried rice along with a delicious Flan!


SEATING

You’ll also have access to a special seating area within the VIP tent, ideally situated in the heart of the park. This exclusive space features both upper and lower decks, creating an exceptional atmosphere for you and your fellow VIPs. While seating is first-come, first-served, we guarantee every VIP will have a seat in the VIP area. ​There are steps leading down to the lower deck, which features six separate 10x10 tents. VIP guests can choose to sit in either the upper or lower areas, as both sections are interconnected.


HOW TO CHECK IN THIS YEAR!


  • CHECK IN AREA: This year, VIPs will check in at the VIP Check-In and Help Desk (marked in red on the map), located between the two pavilions. There, you will receive your cigars and wristband.


  • GET CHECKED IN: Check in using the name you used when purchasing your VIP ticket (s). This year, we are checking people in upon arrival (no physical tickets required), as tickets are often lost or misplaced.
  • If you purchase more than one VIP ticket and not everyone in your group is there at the same time, you can still check in yourself and anyone with you. However, if your guests arrive later, you will need to escort them to the VIP Check-In and Help Desk and present your ID again so they can check in. To avoid this extra step, we recommend that everyone in your party arrive together.


  • VIP CHECK IN DESK: Check-in this year will begin at 10 AM and will close at 1 PM. You can pick up your wristbands and cigars before the VIP area opens at 11 AM.
  • If you arrive late, after 1 PM, please go to the YCCF table in the same area where we sell drink tickets. Someone there will help you. Please do not cut in line while people are buying drink tickets because you arrived late. You must wait in line for someone to help check you in, put your wristband on, and give you your cigars.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


  • THE BAR:  We will feature a full liquor bar of Spirits, Beer, and Wine. Once a specific brand of liquor is gone, it's gone! We do not guarantee any particular liquor, beer, or wine brands in the VIP area.


  • THE 4 CIGARS: Four premium cigars of our choosing; listed cigars may be changed for any reason. You are guaranteed only four premium cigars! We reserve the right to change cigar brands at any time without notice.


  • LUNCH: This year, lunch will be served inside the VIP area, featuring a selection of half sandwiches. While we’ll start with the three varieties of options, once they’re gone, you’ll choose from the remaining selections: the Cuban sandwich, chicken sandwich, or po' boy. Please note that we cannot guarantee your first choice will be available. Once an option is gone, you’ll need to select from the remaining two options or the one remaining. 
  • Lunch will be served from Noon to 2 PM; after that, the food table will be removed, and lunch will no longer be available. You will not receive food after 2 PM, and there are no refunds if you miss lunch.


  • SEATING: While every VIP will have a seat, we cannot guarantee that larger groups will sit together. Each table seats 10 people, and seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.


  • CITY OF TAMPA PARK REGULATIONS: The VIP area will open promptly at 11 AM; alcohol service will commence at that time. Please don't request service or entry before 11 AM. Last call for alcohol will begin at 4:15 PM.



WE ARE NOT SELLING INDIVIDUAL TABLES THIS YEAR! This year, individual tables in the VIP areas are not for sale. However, one table in the front area of the upper-deck VIP tent will be reserved exclusively for the VIP Tent Sponsor.


This is a rain-or-shine event, and all ticket sales are final. All VIP tickets include sales tax. By purchasing a ticket (s), you agree to all the terms above.

VIP TICKET INCLUDES 

• Open Bar serving Spirits, Beer & Wine (11 AM-5 PM, with the last call for the bar at 4:15 PM)

• Hand-Made Premium Cigar Pack (At least 4 premium hand-made cigars will be included in the ticket price. Once we know which cigars, we will list them on the site.)

• Serving lunch in the VIP area from noon to 2 pm:  Tampa's world-famous authentic Cuban Sandwich, chips, salad, and Cuban pastries. 

• Exclusive seating area within the park

This year's VIP area will contain several 10' x 10' tents that seat ten people per tent. Bistro tables and chairs are also included within the VIP area. Seating is first come, first served. There will be enough seating for 150 guests. This area is located under giant oak trees for plenty of shade. This event is rain or shine, and all sales are final.
