2026 Ybor City Cigar Festival, Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 11 AM- 5 PM
We’re excited to announce an enhancement for the 2026 Ybor City Cigar Festival! To streamline your setup process, we will be taping off a designated 10 x 10' space for each vendor, clearly marked with your name. This will ensure you know exactly where to set up, eliminating any confusion and making the process smoother for everyone.
Each space measures 10' x 10', and only 10' x 10' tents are permitted at the Ybor City Cigar Festival, as mandated by the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department. The City of Tampa requires a minimum of 40 lbs on each tent leg to secure your tent with sandbags or tent foot weights, for a total of 160 lbs. Please review the map for available locations. You can purchase as many spaces as you'd like, but each 10' x 10' space can only accommodate one 10' x 10' tent. Any tents larger than 10' x 10' are NOT allowed and will be prohibited. Each tenet must be at least 2' apart, as mandated by the City of Tampa Fire Marshal. If you bring an additional tent but did not purchase two spaces, you will not be allowed to set up the second tent.
As you prepare for the upcoming 2026 Ybor City Cigar Festival, we want to remind you that WE DO NOT PROVIDE tents, tables, chairs, or electricity. If you're flying in to participate as a vendor, please make sure you have enough time to visit a local store to purchase the items needed for your setup.
Food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), and the ground under your tent must be covered with a sturdy, thick paper, plywood, or an equivalent material to manage food or grease waste. Deep fryers are NOT allowed! All propane and gas tanks must be positioned at least 10 feet from stoves or grills. If you do not adhere to these rules, you may be asked to make adjustments or leave.
If you operate a food truck, mobile cigar lounge, or a structure on a trailer, it must not exceed 34 ft. If your structure is pulled by a separate truck or vehicle, you must detach and park the vehicle off 18th Street. You CANNOT place a tent, tables, or chairs in front of your food truck, mobile cigar lounge, or a structure on a trailer. No Exceptions!
Once your space is secured, we will send you additional instructions as we approach the festival date, in plenty of time to plan your arrival and setup. Please save our email address in your contact list to prevent our emails from ending up in your junk/spam folder. Alternatively, if you prefer not to save us, please periodically check your spam/junk folder for our emails.
The festival is a rain-or-shine event. All sales are final, no exceptions. By making this purchase, you agree to all the terms.
