SILVER SPONSORSHIP- $3500
The following is the list of benefits you will receive as a Silver Sponsor for the 2025 Ybor City Cigar Festival, which will be held in Centennial Park on Sunday, December 7, 2025, along with mentions at all pre-parties and post-parties starting on November 30, 2025- December 7, 2025.
–One 10’ x 20’ tent with two 8ft banquet tables and four chairs within the park. See map. S6 and S7 are currently available but could sell out anytime. We do not give discounts if you bring your own tent.
–Your company name will be mentioned during our stage entertainment throughout the day.
–Your logo and company name will be featured in a local commercial on MOR-TV,
running 2-3 weeks before the festival.
–Your logo will be listed in Cigar Snob Magazine.
–Your logo will be on posters displayed in participating cigar shops throughout the Tampa Bay area.
–Your company's logo and a link to your website will be included on the festival's website.
–We will advertise your business on the Ybor City Cigar Festival and Cigar City Magazine's social media pages throughout 2025. Together, our Facebook and Instagram pages have over 50,000 followers.
You will receive four wristbands, full liquor bars, or the beer truck. The beer truck is located on 19th Street, across from the park, and the full liquor bars are situated within the two pavs for any of our pavilions on the east side of the park, off 19th Street.
This event is rain or shine. No refund policy on all sponsorships once purchased. However, you can transfer your purchase to a cigar vendor of your choosing. Please make sure to notify us about this transfer.
