The Ybor City Cigar Festival attracts cigar enthusiasts, Ybor supporters, local families, history buffs, and out-of-town visitors with disposable income for moderate- to high-priced items. In previous years, some of our cigar sponsors and vendors sold over $30,000 in products, while others averaged $5,000 to $10,000. The festival attracts more than 10,000 attendees, making it the world's largest cigar festival.
TARGET AUDIENCE
With disposable incomes and an appetite for the finer things in life, our guests come ready to make big purchases! Ages range from 35 to 75, with about 67% male and 33% female. With close to $100,000 in advertising, over a million people will see your business across social media, being shared by thousands of followers.
The following is the list of benefits you will receive as a Bronze Sponsor for the 2026 Ybor City Cigar Festival, which will be held at Centennial Park on Sunday, December 6, 2026.
- One 10’ x 20’ tent with two 8-foot banquet tables and four chairs within the park. We do not offer discounts for bringing your own tent. If you supply your own tent, you must bring your own tables and chairs, as the tent package includes those items that cannot be pieced out.
- Your company's logo and your website link to the Sponsor page on the festival's website.
- Your company name will be mentioned during our stage entertainment throughout the day.
- Your logo in Cigar Snob Magazine's print ad (Aug.-Sept. issue) and a 300 x 300 pixel banner ad on Cigar City's online magazine for all of 2026.
- Your logo on a 2' x 40' banner mounted on the fence along 8th Ave., facing the park entrance and traffic.
- We will advertise your business on the Ybor City Cigar Festival and Cigar City Magazine's social media pages throughout 2026. Together, our Facebook and Instagram pages have over 50,000 followers. Please provide a 1080 x 1080 pixel ad for Facebook and Instagram posts.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT ELECTRICITY: Just so you know, electricity is not provided at this event. While the park has existing electrical infrastructure, we cannot guarantee power will be available or functioning in all areas, nor can we assist with power outages or trips. If you require electricity, you must bring your own silent generator. Only silent generators are permitted at this event.
This event will take place rain or shine. No refunds are available for sponsorships once purchased. However, you may transfer your sponsorship to another vendor of your choice. Please contact us regarding this change.
